Siegfried entered the large double doors that lead into the home of the Scholar's guild. From what he had heard, someone here would be able to help him. The inside of the scholar's guild HQ looked like a giant library to Siegfried. He started to walk around. All of the people he saw just gave him weird looks. I guess they weren't used to an armed soldier being here.
((Sorry Torags, but I got to go for now. I'll be back tomorrow))

I was studying the runes engraved on an ancient statue devoted to the northern elven's god of the hunt when I see the soldier walk in the doors. I ignore him until I see he is about to knock over a priceless vase "watch it lad, that vase is work more than the whole lot of you legion folk!" He steps out of the way "now what can I do for ya?"

After stepping away from the vase, Siegfried examined the man before speaking "I heard that most of you scholars double as treasure hunters," The soldier said. "I'm looking for something and I figure a treasure hunter might be able to help me"

"Do you have the proper documents for an expedition? If not I suggest you leave...I have important research to be done" I continue studying the runes

"What do you mean 'Proper documentation'?" Siegfried asked. "I can pay you, if that's what you mean"

"Er...." Siegfried thought about it. He only had a few hundred gold pieces, probably not enough to hire the treasure hunter without a commission. "I suppose the thrill of adventure wouldn't cover some of the cost, would it?"

"Well.....I'm looking for Jormundr's Morning Star" Siegfried stated. "And I don't have an exact location, just a general idea based on the geography"

"Yeah...." Siegfried pulled out a rolled up map. He unrolled it and held it up so the scholar could look at it. There was a circle that had been drawn around a mountainous area. The circle was obviously not part of the original map. "Based on what I could figure out from the story, I think it would have to be somewhere in this area" Siegfried pointed at the circle.

((Sorry about that, my sis fails at life))
"So will you help me?" Siegfried asked. "I can give you what gold I have, but beyond that it is said that the dragon Jurmundr slew had a great amount of wealth in his den. If the dragon's former lair has remained secret, most, if not all the treasure should still be there"
